Note de dégustation (anglais)

Ironworks Bluenose Black starts with New Brunswick's Crosby Fancy Grade molasses. It is fermented, distilled and aged in used Bourbon barrels in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. It is a rich, smoothly sweet and unique spirit - dark black dancing with red highlights. There's a sight nuance of spice but not too much, just enough to amuse the palate at the end.
