Olmeca Silver has a fresh herbal scent, green pepper, with a soft citric note at the end. It has a sweet, slightly smoky, with a final soft honey flavour. Drink recipe: Paloma. Mix 1 oz. Olmeca Silver, 2 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz. soda water in a glass with ice. Add in a splash of lime juice and serve.
