A smooth and sweet entry leads to a rich flambéed banana with a hint of vanilla, coconut and dried fruit flavours.

It is rich and full of aroma without losing any of its subtlety and elegance. Colour: dark amber Nose: delicate aromas of sugar cane mingled with vanilla. Taste: a pleasant, mellow, long taste, with lasting flavours.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla.
