Nose: Intense and rich, with a hint of vanilla and passion fruit; Palate:Soft, rich and spicy with a hint of oranges and peat; Finish: Lingering, with a hint of wood smoke

Matured in a mixture of sherry and bourbon casks. Light Amber in colour, on the nose is intense rich aromas with hints of vanilla and passion fruit. On the palate it is soft, rich and spicy with hints of oranges and peat. The finish lingers with hints of wood smoke. When the rich Macallan whiskey is allowed to spend twenty-one years maturing in the finest oak casks tucked away in the warehouses at Easter Elchies Estate, the result is a whiskey of exceptional elegance, poise and refinement.
