Note de dégustation (anglais)

Out of the cask, Peat Chimney has the colour of pale straw, accentuated in this blend to the colour of fine old amontillado sherry. The immediate impression is of creosote and tar, with a definite hint of autumn bonfires of withered leaves. The rich smokiness does justice to the ethnic origins of this blend and will not disappoint.
