Wild Turkey 81 is a deep, rich amber color. It's got a nose that is full of fruit, butterscotch, toffee and toasted oak. Once you taste it, you get cigar-box sweetness, caramel, vanilla and pear, with a long finish of rich spice notes and hints of toast.

Brilliant amber color. Dusty aromas of corn oil, saw dust, biscuit flour, and caramelized nuts with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium body and a grain, vanilla bean, cinnamon bark, and nutmeg accented finish. Tasty.
