From the Calchaqui Valley in northern Argentina, there is an earlier harvest so it is possible to be out this early. Mostly Torrontes with some Malbec contact for the delectable rose colour, this is nicely fruity and ready to go. Serve on its’ own as an appetizer or with grilled fare, salads or take-out pizza."
