Note de dégustation (anglais)
Powerful and complex between the primary aromas of the varietals; the oak aging give spicy aromas. The mouthfeel is complex and velvety, a delightful wine from Rioja! It is aged for 18 months in oak barrels and is easily the best priced Crianza in Canada.
This wine is aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels and is the best priced Crianza in Canada. This unique blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Mazuelo and Graciano is a rich cherry color with clear and brilliant violet tones. A complex nose displaying enticing aromas of raspberry and blackberry with just a hint of spice. Full bodied with a lingering finish. Rioja at it's finest. You will enjoy this little gem paired with roasts, barbeque, smoked meats, cheeses or just on it's own.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This great value Rioja has all the strawberry and cherry notes of Tempranillo with the vanilla spiciness of oak aging. Small bites of grilled beef with red pepper would make a great match.
