Prisé par les collectionneurs, le Tignanello est l'un des super-toscans qui ont révolutionné l'industrie vinicole de la Toscane dans les années 1970. Ce vin riche et épicé est composé de sangiovese, de cabernet sauvignon et de cabernet franc. On peut l'encaver jusqu'à 12 ans ou le déguster dès ce soir avec un rôti d'agneau.

Intense ruby red colour with light garnet hues. Complex and nicely harmonious aromas of tobacco, curry powder and blackberry and blackcurrant jam. A mouthfilling deliquescent sensation on the silky palate enhances the sweetness. A light hint of sweet, nicely rounded tannins in the finish make the wine more persistent.

The 2012 Tignanello is an intense ruby red in colour with purple highlights. The wine is potent and complex on the nose with spicy notes which mingle with aromas of red fruit, smoke, and balsamic sensations; cherries, plums, liquorice, and rosemary are additionally felt. The flavors are mouth- filling and elegant with much volume and an excellent balance in the texture, and the oak is perfectly fused in the spicy and fruity finish and aftertaste.
