Robe claire de couleur rouge rubis d'intensité moyenne. Arômes de fraise, de cerise et d'épices. Sec et mi-corsé, avec des saveurs de cerise noire, d'épices et de chêne. Finale de longueur moyenne.

Full-flavoured with aromas of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice.

Garnet colour with fruit forward bouquet. The smooth mouthfeel has ripe flavors of plum, cherry, red berries and blueberry. Lingering notes on the finish of plum and cherry are complimented by sweet spice

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.
