An equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Flavours of ripe cherry and soft blackberry with a hint of fig.
The wine is placed in neutral oak barrels for more than three years, allowing the wine to partially oxidize and develop luscious flavours of ripe cherry and soft blackberry with a hint of fig.
Pipe is a Port-style blend aged in oak barrels for more than 3 years, yielding luscious flavours of ripe cherry and soft blackberry with a hint of fig. Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This oloroso port-style dessert wine exhibits aromas of chocolate, flowers, plum and dark berry. The palate is sweet and intense, with flavours of ripe cherry and blackberry with hints of fig, spice, vanilla and hazelnuts.
