Un chardonnay crémeux et moelleux, qui présente des notes d'ananas, de banane, de crème au beurre, de caramel et de fumée. Bonterra pratique la viticulture biologique, ce qui contribue à donner plus d'éclat au fruit. ,,Servez-le avec des crevettes grillées, une tourtière au poulet ou un homard accompagné d'une sauce au beurre.

Vin arborant une robe jaune paille plutôt profond. Nez assez puissant où dominent des notes boisées. S'y retrouvent également des parfums de noix de coco et de poire. Ce blanc sec possède une agréable fraîcheur. De plus, il rappelle des saveurs de vanille. En bouche, sa texture grasse précède une finale assez soutenue.

An initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed quickly by tropical aromas of pineapple and citrusy lemon. The wine is refreshing on the palate with a vibrant tartness and lemon zest that is absolutely Bonterra Chardonnay.
