The regal quality of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape is a wonder to behold. While hints of Okanagan regionality and herbs are upfront, the coiled fruit core just keeps coming at you. Black fruit flavours and a savoury quality just reach into the end for a long finish. A good wine to go with lamb chops.
