Note de dégustation (anglais)

A mix of fresh herbs, especially mint, savoury and tarragon, along with aromas of sour cherry and black pepper greet the nose. Medium in body, notes of herbs and spice continue on the palate, with black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and star anise mingling with rich, dark plum fruit and earthy tones. On the middle, soft, silky tannis and a pleasing lift of acidity emerge to provide structure and clarity, giving way to lingering nuances of smoke and game on the finish.
