Vin arborant une robe rouge violacé profond. Nez d'où émanent des effluves de mûre, de bleuet et de vanille. Il évoque également des parfums de pâtisserie. Prenez plaisir à déguster ce rouge laissant percevoir une faible acidité et pourvu de tannins charnus. Révélant une texture presque grasse, il perdure dans une longue finale.

A burst of black fruit aromas, the essence of perfect summer berries. Sweet, ripe blackberry flavors with an undertone of mocha and toasted oak. Balancing acidity and a fine, chalky texture carry the wine through to an exceptionally long finish, with no falling off of the rich fruit flavors. From first sip to last, nothing is missing as the wine crosses the palate.

Dark garnet red in colour, the 2012 vintage serves up powerful aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, wild blackberry, currant and cassis with a hint of brown spice. The palate is opulent and expansive: pure dark berry fruit, melted dark chocolate, roasted espresso with touches of anise and sweet tobacco. The wine has a rustic quality - a “Grandpa’s good barrel” homemade presence. Flavour and complexity indicate a quality vintage with textural components, rich fruit and a balance in acidity. Complex fruit flavours are well-integrated and balanced by ripe tannins and a lavish structure with a long, fulfilling finish.
