Note de dégustation (anglais)
JUNE 2014 Insider Pick from Stephen Schiedel, Portfolio Manager for Wines of Canada, USA and South America: "The new ABC movement (Another Beautiful Chardonnay) can be found here in spades. Hints of citrus, nuts, honey and fresh mineral length make this a flavourful mouthful of fruit. Sip this with your June menu, summer recipes or any preparation of local salmon." Winemaker Darryl Brooker comments on the 2009 vintage: "Still very fresh with some tropical fruit, some toasty notes from bottle age and a small hint of nuttiness. On the palate it is textural, with melon and tropical fruit and turns toasty, nutty on the finish...a full-bodied white to enjoy with roast poultry, creme soups or baked salmon."
