Note de dégustation

Belle robe jaune pâle. Le bouquet délicat, mais complexe déploie des arômes de nectar de pêche, d'épices brunes et de lie musquée. La bouche de caractère agréablement sec révèle des saveurs de fruits à noyau et d'ananas d'une douceur insidieuse, relevées de notes épicées. Une veine d'acidité ferme assèche la finale vive et persistante. Un chardonnay expressif et charmant, doté d'une grande retenue. Note - 90. (Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar, mai-juin 2013)

Deep straw hues. Sweet vanilla and hints if almonds on the nose with clean tropical fruit to follow. Delicate oak support. Rich and full in the mouth with layers of full fruit flavours including white peach, apricot, grapefruit and always the vanilla backing.

Spicy, brisk finish will lend to a few more years of bottle development.
