Robe jaune citron pâle; le nez est dominé par des arômes d'agrumes et de fruits à noyau avec un soupçon de vanille; corsé et très sec en bouche, avec des saveurs de pomme croquante, de pêche, d'ananas, de citron et de chêne bien intégré; texture ronde et crémeuse.

Flavours of tropical fruit and toasty notes unfold on the palate. Spice and ripe tree fruit linger through on the finish. Medium-bodied with a smooth, buttery mouth-feel. .

Bright straw yellow color with a bouquet of ripe red apple, pear,, pineapple and yellow plum, perfectly balanced by vanilla extract and oak. Pairs well with scallops in a cream sauce or a wild mushroom risotto.

This medium-bodied white, with a slightly rich mouth feel, is bright straw-yellow in colour with a bouquet of ripe apple, pear, pineapple and yellow plum. The palate is balanced by fresh acidity and flavours of yellow apple, pineapple, tropical fruit and spice. The clean, lingering finish of lemon custard, green apple, pear and light minerality is complemented by hints of vanilla extract and oak.
