Note de dégustation (anglais)

Rich-red in colour with a garnet tint and aromas of peonies. On the palate, it is robust with blackcurrent and dark cherry tones. Excellent with Coq au Vin, other fowl, wild game, white meats and cheeses, or may be consumed on its own.
