Blend of Petite Syrah with a smattering of Syrah. Dark inky colour, with aromas of spice and meaty notes finishing with fresh cracked pepper on the palate. Sweet cherry, blackberries and juicy blueberry flavours with a brown sugar and spice finish. Try it with pulled pork, bbq hamburgers, or with creamy cheese such as Brie or Camembert on fresh baguette.
