Son nom veut dire « énigme » en français, sans doute parce qu'il s'agit d'un assemblage non orthodoxe de cépages blancs. Mais il est délicieux avec ses irrésistibles saveurs de pêche, de melon et de fleurs printanières, avec un soupçon de litchi miellé. Servez-le avec des mets de Thaïlande ou de l'Inde du Sud, des fruits de mer épicés ou des fromages à pâte molle.

Vin à la robe jaune-vert de bonne intensité. Nez exubérant où dominent des notes fruitées et florales. À cela s'ajoutent des arômes de litchi, de muscat et de citron confit. Fidèle aux arômes perçus à l'olfaction, il laisse percevoir des flaveurs de fruits tropicaux. En bouche, sa texture grasse se termine dans une finale persistante.

On the nose are notes of guava, cherimoya, peach and honeysuckle. On the palate are flavours of peach and apricot nectar, pear and green melon with spicy vanilla notes.

Powerful aromas of green apple, tangerine zest and honeysuckle. Core flavors of apricot, melon, pear and light vanilla are beautifully balanced by the sparkling acidity of citrus fruits. The lush, creamy, mouth-filling texture is heightened by powerful floral and bright tropical fruit notes and leads to a full, powerful finish.

Explore this puzzling wine as rich aromas of honeysuckle escape from the glass, followed by hints of peach, vanilla and citrus notes. On the palate, lush tropical flavors of melon, pineapple and pear are matched with crisp lemon zest and hints of grapefruit.
