Pale yellow colour with a fresh aroma of green apple, citrus, grass and gooseberry. Copper Moon Sauvignon Blanc is a light bodied wine with refreshing flavours of apple, peach and citrus, which also lingers on the finish. Pairs well with grilled pork, chicken with herbs and mixed salads.
