Un vin corsé aux tanins ultrafins doté d'une finale caressante. Il est à la fois très fruité, réservé, équilibré et élégant. Un cabernet sauvignon bien fait. À boire dès maintenant ou à laisser mûrir au cellier. Note - 92. (James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, 31 mai 2015)

Vin exhibant une couleur rouge cerise foncé. Nez aux notes de fruits noirs, de réglisse et de feuille morte. Ce rouge démontre une agréable fraîcheur et est pourvu de tannins charnus. À cela s'ajoutent des flaveurs de cassis, de vanille et de tabac. Il offre une bouche ample qui perdure dans une finale persistante.

2012 Decero Cabernet Sauvignon has the intensive cassis aromas and black fruit flavors, with some spicy notes adding complexity. Balanced acidity and firm velvety tannins complete this wine reminiscent in structure of the excellent 2010 vintage. Great food matching and cellaring potential.
