Aromas of spice, mint, berry and a hint of supporting oak. The palate is rich with varietal flavours of blackcurrant and mint and a soft, lingering finish.

Youthful purple in colour - pure blackcurrant juice - well integrated oak, well balanced, gorgeously fruit driven and drinkable in its youth. Quite soft and smooth with lingering berry fruit finish. Drink with a tasty BBQ.

Eaglehawk Cabernet Sauvignon displays blackberry, spice and mint on the nose, with a hint of supporting oak. The palate is rich with intense varietal flavours of blackcurrant and mint, with a soft, lingering finish.
