Robe exhibant une couleur rubis opaque. Nez puissant qui dégage des parfums dominants de cassis, de myrtille, d'eucalyptus, de tabac et d'épices. Démontrant une bonne acidité ce rouge est pourvu de tannins étoffés. Fidèle aux parfums perçus à l'olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de cassis, d'épices et de confiture de petits fruits noirs. En bouche, sa texture presque grasse se termine dans une finale assez soutenue.

Intense ruby-red color. The nose offers ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well-structured tannins, tremendous volume, and a persistent finish.

Ideal served with grilled or roasted red or white meats, pork tenderloin with red wine reduction and spices, and beef fillet with black pepper.
A blend of 85 percent Carmenere to 15 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine shows its ripe Colchagua origins and typical chunky weight. This wine will pair well with steaks, grilled veggies or pork chops in a Carmenere wine reduction sauce
