Ce vin issu d'une sélection de vieilles vignes révèle de la profondeur et de la finesse sur une bouche dense et raffinée. La bouche mi-corsée à corsée révèle de charmantes saveurs de cassis agrémentées de notes de lavande. À boire dès maintenant ou à laisser mûrir au cellier. Note - 93. Deep ruby red in colour, the nose displays intense and fresh aromas of red and black fruits accompanied by lightly spicy notes such as black pepper as well as dill and a hint of mint. The palate offers good structure and body with a juicy sensation attributed to the freshness of its acidity. Intense fruit flavours and fine, polished tannins not only make this a very pleasing wine to drink, but one that is easy to pair with a variety of foods as well.
