Aromas of gooseberry and herbal-lime grass. Flavours of lime, honey-citrus and grapefruit.

A pale greenish yellow colour. This is a very lush wine, intensely aromatic with abundant tropical fruit such as guava and passion fruit, perfectly balanced with the mineral notes and herbal tones so typical of top end Sauvignon Blanc. The palate offers volume and silkiness at the same time, with a light creaminess that enhances the herbal notes and a beautiful minerality.
