Note de dégustation (anglais)

A sparkling wine that is toasty in aroma, yet fruity and flavourful on the palate. It tastes of creamy, sweet peaches with good custardy flavours.

DO Cava, Aged 12-18 months. The grape varieties used in this Cava are the three Traditional indigenous grapes, Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Star bright yellow in colour with hints of gold. Elegant floral aromas. Fine mousse.
