Robe rubis moyen et intrigante palette d'arômes de framboise, de cerise épicée, de terre cuite, de fumée et de cuir neuf. Sec, avec un charmant noyau épicé et fruité, et de belles interactions entre les notes de fruit, de cuir et de terre. Mi-corsé et finale de persistance moyenne. Jusqu'à trois ans de cellier ou dès ce soir avec de l'agneau grillé. (Comité VINTAGES, juin 2011)

As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. This fresh, fruit-forward Merlot has surprising weight and finishes with drying, savoury tannins. The nose shows aromas of plum, black cherry and blackberry along with cocoa, violet and vanilla notes. The palate is full and starts soft with blackberry, chocolate, ripe black cherry and custard notes before the savoury tannins kick in with leather, spice and graphite. Pair this wine with lamb braised with red wine.
