Cet assemblage de cabernet et de merlot est toujours d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix et il est aussi la coqueluche de la critique. Il s'est classé deux fois dans la liste des 100 meilleurs vins de l'année du magazine Wine Spectator ! Ce nouveau millésime fait honneur aux précédents. Les arômes de cassis, de menthe et de chêne grillé mènent à une délicieuse bouche de cassis et de prune agrémentée de notes de cèdre et de grillé. Servez-le avec des steaks grillés : un véritable trou d'un coup !

Vin arborant une couleur grenat plutôt intense. Nez assez puissant qui exhale des arômes de fruits noirs, de réglisse, d'eucalyptus et de boîte à cigares. Prenez plaisir à déguster ce rouge sec possédant une bonne acidité et pourvu de tannins charnus. En rétro olfaction, il rappelle des saveurs de fruits noirs mûrs et de réglisse. Il offre une texture ample qui se prolonge dans une finale assez persistante.

The palate is bright, distinct and defined with black currant, ripe red cherry, strawberry jam and cranberry flavors. Light mocha and cinnamon spice oak notes add depth to this generous wine which offers soft velvety tannins that enhance the texture and add overall balance.

The Greg Norman Estates Limestone Coast Cabernet Merlot is a lustrous crimson red color.
