Le climat côtier frais du comté de Santa Barbara est idéal pour la production de chardonnays savoureux et équilibrés comme celui-ci du joueur de golf professionnel devenu viniculteur, Greg Norman. Ce chardonnay frais et vif montre un noyau de pomme verte avec quelques notes minérales et un soupçon à peine de chêne. Un magnifique vin d'été à apparier aux fruits de mer.

The wine is light and refreshing, with a hint of crispness. The citrus aroma is punctuated with lemon zest. On the palate, guava, pear and nectarine flavors at the forefront, give way to layers of tropical fruit characters. Subtle vanilla notes and a bit of light spice round out a smooth, bright finish.
