Vin arborant une couleur jaune paille de bonne intensité. Nez fin qui s'ouvre sur des effluves d'acacia, de poire et d'agrumes. Ce blanc sec possède une agréable fraîcheur. Ayant une bouche ample, il est assez persistant en finale.

Limpid and translucent, pale yellow in colour. The varieties demonstrate their potential in the bouquet with the harmonious conjunction of acidity fruit aromas (orange, lime and orange blossom) and herbal aromas (fennel and aniseed). The bouquet is confirmed on the palate and the sensations are set free: initially fruity, then giving way to a sensation of volume and balanced with acidity afterwards. A cleansing, pleasant and refreshing finish.
