This premium, full bodied wine is an outstanding example of South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, displaying intense berry and cassis characters, subtle integration of vanillin tannins imparted from French oak maturation, through a smooth finish. An ideal accompaniment to most red meats, game and cheeses. A wine that will develop further with cellaring.

Fresh blackcurrant and blackberry fruit aromas on the nose exuding typical Coonawarra characteristics. Hints of spice and liquorice balanced with nuances of cedar and vanilla from fine grain French oak. Generous ripe cassis flavours with tobacco leaf supported by subtle integration of oak leading to a rich, smooth finish. An ideal accompaniment to osso bucco, beef rib roast or mature cheeses.
