Note de dégustation

Ce vin élégant et d'une agréable retenue semble tirer grand profit des sols particulièrement graveleux et du climat relativement frais et venteux de l'AVA Arroyo Seco. Le fruit est frais et croquant, surtout pour un 2010, l'acidité est vive (transformation malolactique partielle) et la bouche est de caractère sec, avec peu de traces de chêne. The aromas of apricot, peaches and tropical fruit are highlighted with hints of licorice and baked apple. This full wine has a crisp acid backbone and light minerality that is reflective of its Arroyo Seco appellation. A soft, creamy mouthfeel with nice flavors of cantaloupe, Mandarin orange and vanilla creates a delightful harmony of flvours
