The 2012 Kai Carmenere shows an attractive purple-red colour; it reveals a spicy prole in the nose, dominated by black pepper, with delicate notes of paprika and subtle oral touches, all framed by hints of bitter-sweet chocolate and sweet spices that come from its aging in barrels.
