La Nouvelle-Zélande produit des pinots gris très impressionnants. Le bel exemple que voici révèle des notes de pomme, de prune jaune, de minéral et de marjolaine et, comme les versions alsaciennes, un soupçon de sucre résiduel. L'acidité apporte une belle fraîcheur à ce vin des plus agréables. Idéal avec les fruits de mer légèrement épicés ou les pâtes Alfredo au saumon. (Comité VINTAGES, sept. 2011)

Full and rich on the palate. Fresh and well balanced with the partial malolactic fermentation adding complexity.

Mid straw. An intense aroma of ripe pear, melon and apples with appealing floral notes. Delicious ripe quince and pears combined with a hint of peaches and cream from the malolactic influence. This wine exhibits all the Pinot Gris characteristics. Two to three years with confidence.
