Les délicieux arômes de tilleul (les Allemands diraient « fleur de tilleul ») s'entremêlent avec les notes de melon miel, de pêche à chair blanche et de lime. La bouche rappelle le sorbet avec sa combinaison de richesse succulente et son caractère très rafraîchissant. L'équilibre parfaitement réussi entre l'acidité et la teneur en sucres résiduels (18 grammes par litre) appuie cette comparaison. La finale longue, vivifiante et ultra-opulente met l'eau à la bouche avec ses notes de sel, de poussière minérale et de zeste d'agrumes. [...] Note - 90. Super Kung Fu Girl! More depth and complexity than ever. Apricot, kumquat, nectarine and lime leaves. A great mid-palate intensity with a long, long mineral finish.

JUNE 2014 Insider Pick from Stephen Schiedel, Portfolio Manager for Wines of Canada, USA and South America: "Factoid #1: Vancouver has at least 600 sushi restaurants…that reminds me of Riesling, a great partner to rolls, sashimi and tempura etc. Factoid #2: How do you make a Dynamite Roll? Serve with this Riesling." From Washington State, this Riesling shows pronounced aromas of flowers, green apple, lemon and white peach. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with zesty, mouth-watering acidity. Pairs well with spicy dishes, grilled seafood and sushi.
