Ce vin opulent très avantageux offre des saveurs intenses de fraise et de cerise. Une bonne base tannique soutient le fruit et des notes de thé noir et de clou de girofle, et un soupçon d'orange et de canneberge, dans une bouche tendre et moelleuse. Note - 90. Robe de couleur rouge cerise de faible intensité. Nez exubérant dégageant des effluves de confiture de fraises, de confiture de framboises, de vanille et de cannelle. Laissez-vous charmer par ce rouge laissant percevoir une agréable fraîcheur et pourvu de tannins gouleyants. Fidèle aux arômes perçus à l'olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de violette et de framboise. Il offre une bouche souple qui précède une finale assez persistante.

La Cream Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir offers aromas of lush cherry and red plum with subtle hints of black tea and cola. On the palate, flavors are ripe and elegant centering on red cherry and spice with a touch of earthiness and dark chocolate. A rich, juicy mid-palate and vivid acidity lead to plush tannins on the finish.

Lovely, vibrant aromas of cherry pie and sassafras, supported by subtle earth tones and hints of rose petal and vanilla. Vibrant pomegranate and cranberry join the palate with notes of black licorice, espresso bean, sweet pipe tobacco and cherry cola. With elegant structure, the juicy mid-palate leads to a lingering finish of sweet spice.

Similar to Burgundy in France, this Pinot Noir by La Crema comes from the cool vineyards of the Sonoma Coast and has aromas of red cherry and dark plum along with hints of tea leaf and spices. On the palate, it has balanced and juicy acidity together with a medium body and silky tannins. Pair this very food-friendly wine with anything from tuna to beef or quail.
