Voici un prosecco éclatant et demi-sec aux saveurs de pomme croquante, de poire et de zeste de citron relevées d'une intrigante qualité saline. Quelques notes d'amande et de massepain émergent en finale. Rafraîchir et servir avec les fruits de mer poêlés ou légèrement grillés, ou encore avec les sushis. (Comité Vintages, juin 2016)

Well-balanced, showing a blend of baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit, with a lightly creamy mineral texture on the palate.

Pale, golden straw in color, bubbles are full textured and persistent. On the nose the wine brings fresh citrus with hints of honey and white floral notes. The flavor is fresh and clean and the finish is light, refreshing and crisp.

Ripe citrus, lemon, green apple and touches of grapefruit.

Scents of dried grasses and sweet apples carry through this Prosecco. It lasts on nutty flavors, pleasantly balanced. Try this stone fruit and herbal-scented Prosecco with pesto pasta.
