Note de dégustation (anglais)

This wine is produced from Grenache grapes grown in the Langudoc between Montpellier and Sete near the Mediterranean. The grapes are direct pressed and the must left in contact with the skins for up to 8-hours until the correct colour is established. It is then finished in much the same manner as a white wine. Beatifully pink and perfect will chilled and served with Salads, stuffed vegetables and pizza.
