Note de dégustation (anglais)
This complex blend has a bright red violet color , on the nose shows nice blackberry and cedar aromas with a touch of spyciness coming from the Carmenere portion. On the palate is muscular as it must be a good Guardian with plenty of fruit and character along with toasty oak and a long and complex finish where the four varieties find a full integration.
Deep colour, spicily rich with an exuberant juiciness. Aromas of cherry, strawberry and dried figs. There is a hint of tobacco. A rich mouth structure, little oak taste rounded with a juicy long finish.
