Un pinot noir frais et intense aux vives notes de fruits rouges, de betterave et de vanille enveloppées dans une texture soyeuse. Finale longue, pure et délicatement grillée. Son acidité en fait un vin très polyvalent à table. Délicieux avec le rôti de boeuf et les légumes racines. (Comité VINTAGES, mars 2014)

A very pretty, complex nose of blackberry, Madagascar vanilla bean, beat, toast and mineral. The palate follows through with the same notes, soft tannins and a long finish accented with a touch of black cherry.
