Note de dégustation
Robe jaune paille pâle avec mousse fine; arômes définis de pomme, de poire, d'agrumes et de pain frais cuit; bouche mi-corsée de caractère très sec avec de jolis rappels des arômes du nez relevés d'une note minérale; finale nette.
Note de dégustation (anglais)
Pale yellow in colour, this brut has a delicately vinous nose, with aromas of linden and vine flowers. Its light persistent bubbles fill the mouth with finesse and subtlety moving onto a rather delicate finish. It is a harmonious well-balanced champagne.
Colour: Golden straw yellow with green highlights. Bouquet: The vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit; the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers and; the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). Palate: The delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple); the alluring caress of fine bubbles and; the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This bubbly is straw-gold in colour with apple, mineral, lemon-lime and pear aromas on the nose. The dry, elegant mousse in the mouth leads with flavours of apple, citrus, brioche and light oak followed by a crisp and refreshing finish.
