Ce superbe cabernet sauvignon est mûr et délicieux, mais il est aussi suffisamment complexe pour retenir votre attention. Il est encore très jeune cependant. Sa robe est très sombre, ses tanins sont durs et il possède un immense noyau de mûre et de cerise. Donnez-lui au moins six à huit ans de cave, mais attendez-vous à ce qu'il soit encore en pleine forme en 2022. Une sélection pour le cellier. Note - 93. (Steve Heimoff, Wine Enthusiast, août 2013)

The 2009 Monument Ridge is a textbook expression of an even, beautiful vintage on the mountain: aromas of violet, blackberry and blueberry pop from the glass. In the background, one finds complex notes of star anise, ginger and wet slate. While richness is evident on the palate, a real freshness persists as well, an element that's carried through the graceful, lengthy finish.

The Monument Ridge conveys aromas and flavours of dried blackberry leaves, juniper, cardamom, wild red berries, black pepper, and wet, black slate. The mouthfeel is defined by firm and elegant tannins with a distinct concentration, dark chocolate finish and a sagebrush note so common to the wines from this ridge.
