Fermez les yeux et imaginez-vous en train de déguster un champagne français. Ce vin lui ressemble beaucoup, sauf pour le prix. Il hume même la baguette française avec ses envoûtantes notes levurées. La bouche de caractère très sec offre des saveurs juteuses de poire, de pomme McIntosh et de brioche avec de glorieuses tonalités minérales. Mais mon aspect favori est la texture crayeuse. This fine wine is reminiscent of freshly baked bread rounded out by crisp orchard fruit. A lively acidity is a welcoming refreshment to the palate while the fi nish is full of citrus fl avours and a hint of cream. A celebration simply on its own or pairs well with smoked salmon or fresh seafood. For something different, enjoy this wine with prosciutto and a mixed fruit plate.
