The perfect complement to grilled red meats or try it with a piece of dark chocolate for a simple dessert.

Notes of bell pepper, dark berry and vanilla with hints of toasted oak. Pairs well with beef, pork and lightly seasoned vegatables, or delicous to sip all on its own.
