Bon compagnon de table, ce chianti classico provient du domaine historique Pèppoli, où les vignes ont été plantées au Moyen Âge. Il présente des notes de cerise, de raisin de Corinthe, de cuir et d'herbes. ,,Servez-le avec une pizza maison, des charcuteries ou des pâtes en sauce bolognaise.

Intense red fruit aromas, especially redcurrants and raspberries, are amplified by light hints of vanilla and coffee sensations. This full-bodied wine is pleasantly lingering with soft, sweet tannins.

Ruby red in color. The 2010 Pèppoli is characterized by notes of cherry fruit well amalgamated with chocolate and vanilla from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine shows much Sangiovese character with soft an silky tannins. A good persistence on the finish and aftertaste.

This dry red has an intense aroma of red berries, accompanied by hints of vanilla and chocolate. it shows great structure on the palate, with elegant and gentle tannins. A true expression of its fruity aromas are evident in the lingering after-taste.
