Robe rubis profond aux reflets pourpres; arômes de petits fruits rouges et noirs avec notes d'épices poivrées; corsé; saveurs de petits fruits juteux avec finale de persistance moyenne aux nuances de chêne.

Robe de teinte grenat de bonne intensité. Nez puissant qui dégage des notes de fruits noirs mûrs, d'épices, d'eucalyptus et de réglisse. Il évoque également des notes boisées. Ce rouge manifeste une bonne acidité et est pourvu de tannins enrobés. En bouche, sa texture grasse s'estompe dans une finale persistante.

The bouquet has tantalizing aromas of dark plums and black fruits with just a hint of oak in the background. It is a seamless wine with an excellent structure, its rich fruit reined in by firm tannins. This wine is a perfect accompaniment with steak, roast beef and lamb and excellent with pizza and meat based pasta dishes. It is delightful with aged cheddar or pecorino cheeses.

Stunning rich full middle palate with a mélange of dark chocolate fruits with just a hint of aniseed. The fruit opulence is restrained by the soft fine-grained tannins. Outstanding with fillet of beef, roast game, or comfort food like casserole or a homemade steak & kidney pie. Also excellent with poultry and mature cheddar.
