As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. This solid Chardonnay shows aromas of ripe pear, grapefruit and butter that gives way to crisp, slightly sweet flavours of apple, melon and peach. The light fruit and buttery nature of this wine will not overpower the sweetness of the scallops in this dish.
