Ce vin révèle une excellente acidité, des saveurs renversantes et des nuances fruitées pures et persistantes. Le superbe bouquet d'épices à gâteaux, de caramel et de fruits du verger mène à une bouche équilibrée chargée de magnifiques saveurs de poire mûre et de pomme verte acidulée entremêlées de notes noisetées et minérales qui persistent jusque dans la finale énergique et rafraîchissante. A sweet floral, honey and hazelnuts nose is the first impression, under-pinned with rich tropical fruits and biscuity butter notes. The palate is rich, complex and loaded with textural pleasure. The oak is cleverly implanted, giving a seamless,silky smooth texture. Try serving it with creamy seafood risotto or a sweet corn and potato chowder.
